Continuation of the Chibimoon Art Nouveau series, Princess Lady Serenity comes up next! I always love how the sleeves looked on her gown. Once again fuller twin tails to match how puffy her pigtails were as a child, so I know this deviates a bit from how we've seen her depicted.
