Continuing the Art Nouveau pin series, next is Eternal Sailor Chibimoon! Had to give her wings to match her mama Eternal Sailor Moon as well. Added a little volume to the twintails as I've always had it in my headcanon her hair would be a little fuller to match the fluffy Pigtails she had when young. So much pink!
